CQ Upgrades NH-2 Rating

The Washington based newspaper CQ has moved the NH-2 from a likely Democratic District to Lean Democratic District in response to the news that fmr. Rep. Charlie Bass is considering a comeback.  NH-2 now joins NH-1 as being in the Lean Democratic category.
