    Isn’t President Obama issuing his own IOU’s to China to pay for his Stimu-LESS plan and Health Care Plan? I can’t wait to see how many manufacturing companies close under Cap and Trade. He has just about put Pennsylvania and West Virginia’s coal mines out of business with this DUMB idea.
