Bosse for the Fighting Double Zero

November 20, 2009Matt Suermann

In a move that was being hinted at for the past 24 hours, former Sununu Senate aide and candidate for the 2008 Republican nomination in the 2nd Congressional District.

In his announcement speech in the LOB in Concord Bosse, flanked by supporters, outlined his priorities for NH-00.  Including decrying the Washington bureaucrats who took away the jobs from the 00 district which were “created and/or saved” by the stimulus, the lack of transparency, and also the creation of 440 phantom seats.  He outlined how the Phantom Congress will do things differently then the real Congress, including not being beholden to special interests because earmarks won’t exist, just like the district.  His full remarks can be found at New Hampshire Watchdog.

In closing his remarks he issued a challenge to Granite Staters and all Americans that it is time to take back Congress and turn the tide.

Yes, the Fightin’ Double-Zero can lead the way in the Phantom Congress. But I can’t do it alone. We need candidates across the nation to run in these newly discovered districts.

We need candidates just as fantastic and unbelievable as the job numbers we’ve been given. Jeb Bartlett from the West Wing. Jefferson Smith from Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. Chuck Norris.

We need hundreds of citizens from around the country to stand up and run on the Phantom Party Ticket. Because a make-believe Congress has to be better than the one we have now.

According to NH Politcal Report, Bosse has already been endorsed by Charlie Bass, Jennifer Horn, Kelly Ayotte, Bill Binnie, and Frank Guinta.  It is unclear if he will face a primary challenge for the Phantom Party nomination and an election date has yet to to be set.  Perhaps now, New Hampshire can have Representatives in Congress that will stand up to the special interests in Washington and work to ensure that economy gets back on track.

Its time to take back NH and America!  Its a good thing that the Bosse Posse rides again!
